- Support sales and customers with bespoke activities and consumer initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create Joint Business Plans that enhance trade partnerships and grow brand presence.
- Lead cross-functional communication to execute exceptional consumer experience activations at points of purchase.
- Manage Hit Lists and analyze activation performance to optimize planning.
- Develop and distribute collaterals in line with brand guidelines.
- Lead integrated cross-brand activations.
- Manage POSM allocation and management.
- Develop annual commercial strategy and plans for lead brands.
- Leverage business analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support and implement core marketing strategies in trade.
- Manage A&P budget for lead brands.
- Develop POSM and manage related budgets, including agency management.
- Input into activation plans and report on results and key learnings.
- Consolidate and track outlet contract commitments and notify relevant teams for follow-up.
- Conduct competitive analysis and collaborate with marketing and sales to capture opportunities.
- Monitor brand communication to prevent misuse.
- Organize agency bidding processes and manage annual contracts.
- Improve quality distribution for core prestige/premium brands through selective planning and execution.
- Share latest category trends and market intelligence internally and externally.
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent understanding of luxury brand business.
- Affinity to the liquor category or FMCG industry is advantageous.
- Experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or category management is required.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of commercial sense with a value-added solution mindset.
- Creative thinking and flexibility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for team and cross-functional operations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and energetic.
- Attentive to detail and results-oriented.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, with a focus on trade marketing, retail marketing, or category management.
