Moët Hennessy Assistant Brand Manager

- Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual Brand Plan, focusing on strategic communications and activation initiatives.
- Implement communication, partnership, PR, trade activation, and event activities for brand-led and MH Private events.
- Lead the briefing, planning, and measurement of the brand’s owned media platforms.
- Support the Customer Marketing and Sales teams in delivering top-tier trade activations.
- Manage brand assets including value-added packs and point-of-sale materials.
- Oversee A&P processes, ensuring compliance and best practices from budgeting to monthly financial reviews.
- Conduct regular analysis of brand communications, PR performance, and competitor strategies.
- Manage allocations of rare and exclusive products, and assist in sales forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Brand, Consumer & Digital Engagement, Customer Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Maisons.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as partner agencies, trade representatives, and consumers.
- A Marketing degree or a Business degree with marketing electives.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury or wines & spirits sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Project management and precision in execution.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Technical proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or wines & spirits industry.
Marketing degree or Business degree with marketing electives.
