- Assist the Brand Manager in preparing the annual Brand Plan, contributing to strategic communications and activation initiatives.
- Implement communication, partnership, PR, trade activation, and event activities for both brand-led and MH Private events.
- Lead the briefing, planning, and measurement of the brand’s owned media platforms.
- Support the Customer Marketing and sales teams in delivering best-in-class trade activations.
- Manage the brand's value-added packs and point-of-sale materials.
- Control A&P budgets, ensuring compliance and best practices in financial processes.
- Conduct regular analysis of brand communications, PR performance, and brand performance to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage and communicate allocations of rarities and exclusive products for relevant channels.
- Assist in sales forecasting and interact with the supply chain team to optimize supply.
- Maintain regular contact with internal stakeholders such as Consumer & Digital engagement, Customer Marketing, Sales, Finance & Operations, and Maisons.
- Engage with external stakeholders including partner agencies, trade representatives, and consumers.
- Marketing degree or Business degree with marketing electives.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in luxury or wines & spirits.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Project management and precision in delivery.
- Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Technical proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or wines & spirits industry.
Marketing degree or Business degree with marketing electives.
