- Assist in executing brand activations to support sales and profit goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of activities.
- Support event planning and onsite logistics.
- Monitor social media performance and contribute to content creation and brand advocacy.
- Manage POSM orders and deliveries in collaboration with the Customer Marketing team.
- Research market trends and competitive landscapes to provide insights.
- Track performance metrics and evaluate marketing program effectiveness.
- Help develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor budgets, pricing, and trade offers to ensure targets are met.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide support in managing external agencies to ensure activities align with brand strategies.
- Track and evaluate advertising and promotional spend for efficiency.
- Assist in preparing contracts and agreements with key accounts.
- Track projects to ensure timely completion.
- Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Up to 3 years of marketing experience in related fields, preferably in luxury consumer goods & FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and launching new products.
- Knowledge of wines & spirits is preferred.
- Experience in brand events and media buying is preferred.
- Experience in consumer-facing initiatives targeting luxury consumers by creating local content.
- Organized and structured, capable of dealing with several tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
