Moët Hennessy Assistant Brand Manager

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Innovate brand-led experiential events and communication campaigns to deliver unique brand experiences.
- Implement brand plans, driving promotions and marketing support to achieve brand image and consumer value objectives.
- Build and execute PR and digital plans in alignment with strategic objectives and target audiences.
- Conceptualize and execute scalable promotions in domestic channels, ensuring visibility and merchandising in key markets.
- Craft experiential promotions at points of sale, particularly in airport duty-free environments.
- Manage and monitor promotional materials, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and brand guidelines.
- Analyze brand performance, prepare business review reports, and manage external contracts with key trade partners.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage promotional materials.
- Lead new product development projects, writing business and marketing plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing.
- Knowledge of new business, loyalty, and digital products preferred.
- Understanding of RTM of products.
- Exposure to the digital ecosystem and consumer touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Understanding of the Wines space preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and solution orientation.
- Curiosity and appetite for learning.
- Team player with reliability and dependability.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Agility and strategic thinking in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-starting attitude.

Minimum of 3 years of strong relevant experience in Brand Marketing.
