- Develop and prepare comprehensive brand plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Innovate and propose brand-led experiential events and communication campaigns.
- Implement brand plans and drive promotions to achieve brand image and consumer perception objectives.
- Build and execute PR and digital strategies in alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage visibility and merchandising strategies across on-trade and off-trade channels.
- Craft and execute experiential promotions at airport duty-free locations.
- Analyze brand performance and prepare business review reports for senior management.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead new product development projects and collaborate on business and marketing plans.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing.
- Experience with new business, loyalty, and digital products is preferred.
- Understanding of the route-to-market (RTM) for products.
- Proficiency in the digital ecosystem and consumer engagement strategies.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Data-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
- Digital and social media savvy, with a focus on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
