- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Innovate and implement brand-led experiential events and communication campaigns.
- Propose strategic brand associations based on positioning and budget considerations.
- Drive promotional activities and provide marketing support to achieve brand objectives.
- Build and execute PR and digital plans aligned with strategic goals and target audiences.
- Conceptualize and implement scalable promotional ideas for domestic channels.
- Enhance brand visibility and merchandising in both on-trade and off-trade environments.
- Craft and manage airport duty-free activations to maximize brand presence.
- Monitor and manage promotional packs and point-of-sale materials, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to optimize P&L and resolve supply issues.
- Conduct regular brand performance analysis and prepare business review reports.
- Manage external contracts and track competitive activities in key markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to manage promotional materials.
- Lead new product development projects and contribute to business and marketing plans.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing.
- Proficiency in digital and e-commerce channels.
- Strong understanding of the wines sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
- Digital and social media savvy.
Minimum 3 years of strong relevant experience in brand marketing, with a preference for knowledge in digital products and the wines sector.
