- Develop and execute brand strategies and plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Create innovative brand-led experiential events and communication campaigns.
- Drive promotions and provide marketing support to achieve brand objectives.
- Build and implement PR and digital plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Conduct market visits and manage visibility and merchandising in key trade areas.
- Craft experiential promotions for airport duty-free activations.
- Manage financial aspects including P&L, A&P expenditure, and sales forecasting.
- Analyze brand performance and prepare business review reports.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams and collaborate with external agencies.
- Lead new product development projects and write business and marketing plans.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing.
- Knowledge of new business, loyalty, and digital products.
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem and consumer touchpoints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and solution orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Digital and social media savvy.
Minimum 3 years of strong relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably in the luxury sector.
