- Assist the Brand Manager in preparing the annual Brand Plan, focusing on strategic communications and activation initiatives.
- Lead the briefing, planning, and measurement of the brand’s owned media platforms across digital and traditional channels.
- Support the Customer Marketing and sales teams in delivering top-tier trade activations.
- Manage value-added packs and point-of-sale materials for the brands.
- Develop activations targeting Hennessy’s core consumers in collaboration with Customer Marketing.
- Manage and control A&P budgets, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Conduct regular analysis of brand performance and competitor strategies.
- Assist in sales forecasting and supply chain optimization.
- Lead the execution of spirits brand plans in New Zealand, managing A&P budgets.
- Marketing Degree or Business Degree with Marketing electives preferred.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin is a strong plus but not required.
- Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Superior numerical and statistical skills.
- Strong planning, implementation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and insight translation.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
- Commercial and customer understanding.
- Project management skills with attention to detail.
A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in an assistant brand management role. Experience with luxury brands or in the wines & spirits sector is advantageous.
Marketing Degree or Business Degree with Marketing electives is preferred.
