- Promote brand awareness and desirability as part of the consumer demand creation team.
- Manage customer-related topics to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Identify new consumer touchpoints and explore new customer channels.
- Establish and foster long-term customer relationships to achieve sales volume and value targets.
- Develop sales volumes and values with sustainable profitability.
- Oversee volume targets, sales promotions, merchandising, and selling prices.
- Expand the customer universe by promoting products in high-potential channels.
- Execute and guard brand strategies as defined by the marketing department.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments to achieve area targets.
- Execute brand marketing activations, visibility, and merchandising guidelines.
- Support and implement customer events in cooperation with the marketing department.
- Handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, and approved returns.
- Conduct product training for customers and consumers.
- Monitor and report KPIs and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits with thorough preparation and documentation.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or Wine Diploma/WSET Wine certification.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales within the On-Trade or Off-Trade sectors.
- Experience in wine sales or as a sommelier in top hotels or restaurants.
- Background in FMCG, preferably with premium brands.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong presentation skills and customer focus.
- Structured and methodical thinking.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Passion, creativity, and innovation.
- Effective team player with collaborative skills.
- Mobility and willingness to consider an international career.
- Valid driving license (Category B).
Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the luxury or premium brand sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or Wine Diploma/WSET Wine certification.
