- Manage all formats of Retail Channel including Traditional Retail, Modern Retail, and Departmental Stores.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Retail Head.
- Expand distribution points focusing on visibility and correct placement in all outlets.
- Establish Moët Hennessy as a leading company among end consumers and trade.
- Conduct targeted sales and marketing activities to ensure maximum ROI.
- Record all meetings and notes on the sales app.
- Maintain high standards of service to trade customers and develop relationships at all levels.
- Implement brand-specific promotion activities to drive sales.
- Ensure brand merchandising standards are met using POSM and creative enhancements.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
- Recommend new outlets for promotions and ensure incremental business support.
- Ensure promotional activities are carried out efficiently within budget and brand guidelines.
- Work with the marketing team to improve the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Ensure receivables and collections are as per plan to support the company's bottom line.
- Monitor financial status of accounts and alert management of any concerns to minimize bad debts.
- 5-8 years of retail experience in the established alcoholic beverage industry.
- Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets.
- Understanding of the luxury goods market.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the retail sector of the alcoholic beverage industry.
Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing).
