- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.
- Drive brand visibility and promotional activities in key markets.
- Manage pricing, margins, and profitability in line with company policies.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Negotiate and execute trade agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
- Execute marketing plans in accordance with company guidelines and budgets.
- Ensure receivables and collections are in line with company plans.
- Master’s degree in business (Sales & Marketing) or a Hotel Management graduate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail within Wines & Spirits, Hospitality FMCG, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key accounts.
- Deep understanding of the luxury goods market with a customer-first approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
8-10 years of retail experience in Wines & Spirits, Hospitality FMCG, or a similar industry.
Master’s degree in business (Sales & Marketing) or a Hotel Management graduate.
