- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in West Bengal for both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales and marketing business plans.
- Design and monitor sales objectives for individuals and teams on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Overcome environmental challenges to meet sales targets and generate NSI for each brand in the region.
- Drive retail business through depot/store managers and directly manage On-Trade business in 5-star outlets.
- Conduct regular retail outlet audits to analyze market share and manage stock levels.
- Enhance brand image and drive volume growth through strategic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company norms and practices, providing regular reports and analyses.
- Conduct periodic product training for trade and distributor partners' staff to enhance productivity.
- Execute 'Liquid on Lips' activations efficiently in On-Trade outlets.
- Manage FTT and ANP budgets at the state level, including contract management and quarterly analysis.
- Maintain quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, pricing, and persuasion standards at retail outlets.
- Implement marketing plans in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and budgets.
- Set and achieve distribution objectives, ensuring availability of registered brands.
- Manage new product launches and monitor stock transfers and inventory management.
- Collect outstanding payments from wholesalers, retailers, hotels, clubs, and restaurants.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or liquor industry, with 2-3 years in a multi-channel sales environment.
- University degree in Business or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of on-premise and off-premise business dynamics.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional sales skills with a track record of success.
- Outstanding communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude.
- Quick and effective response to challenges.
- Deep appreciation for luxury goods market requirements.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within the hospitality or liquor industry, and have managed sales in a multi-channel environment for 2-3 years.
University degree in Business or similar field.
