- Achieve secondary sales targets in Mumbai.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales and marketing business plans.
- Design and monitor individual objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Drive On Trade business growth and market share expansion.
- Conduct regular outlet audits to assess market share movements.
- Ensure periodic product training for trade partners' staff.
- Execute 'Liquid on Lips' activations efficiently in On-Trade outlets.
- Manage FTT and ANP budgets at the state level.
- Conduct contract management and quarterly analysis for the region.
- Maintain quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, pricing, and persuasion standards at outlets.
- Execute marketing plans in accordance with company policies and budgets.
- Set and deliver distribution objectives and manage new product launches.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of commercial experience in sales with Key Account experience.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of liquor consumption trends in India.
- High level of commercial awareness.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Disciplined approach to people management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial sales role, particularly with Key Account management.
