- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for Karnataka across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing business plans.
- Design and monitor sales objectives for individuals and teams on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Drive retail and On-Trade business growth and enhance brand image.
- Conduct retail outlet audits to assess market share and manage stock.
- Ensure adherence to working norms and practices, including reporting and analysis.
- Provide product training to partners' staff to enhance productivity.
- Execute brand activations and manage promotional budgets at the state level.
- Maintain quality, distribution, visibility, and promotional standards at retail outlets.
- Manage stock transfers and inventory at depots and distributors.
- Oversee new product launches in the region.
- Ensure collection of outstanding payments from wholesalers, retailers, and hospitality venues.
- Minimum 7-8 years of sales experience, ideally within the liquor industry.
- 2-3 years of experience managing sales in a multi-channel environment.
- University degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven sales skills with a strong track record.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage both internal and external teams.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Understanding of luxury goods market requirements.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with specific expertise in the liquor industry and multi-channel sales management.
University degree in Business or a related field.
