- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for Karnataka in both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.
- Develop and maintain the sales and marketing business plan.
- Design and monitor individual and team sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Drive retail and On-Trade business growth in the state.
- Conduct regular retail outlet audits to study market share movements and track stock management.
- Ensure periodic product training for partners' staff in On-Trade and Off-Trade to enhance productivity.
- Execute brand activations and manage promotional budgets at the state level.
- Maintain organizational standards for quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, pricing, and persuasion at retail outlets.
- Monitor stock transfers and manage inventory at depots and distributors.
- Manage new product launches in the region.
- Collect outstanding payments from wholesalers, retailers, hotels, clubs, and restaurants.
- Minimum 7-8 years of sales experience, ideally within the liquor industry, with 2-3 years in a multi-channel environment.
- Sales experience in Bangalore.
- University degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven sales skills with a strong track record.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a high drive for results.
- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in the liquor industry.
University degree in Business or a related field.
