- Manage all formats of the Retail Channel, including traditional retail, modern retail, and departmental stores.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Expand distribution points for MHI brands within the Retail channel, focusing on visibility and strategic placement.
- Establish Moët Hennessy as a leading brand among end consumers and trade partners.
- Target sales and marketing activities to outlets to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Record all meetings and notes on the sales application.
- Maintain high standards of service to trade customers and develop relationships at all levels within customer businesses.
- Develop and implement brand-specific promotional activities in collaboration with trade marketing.
- Ensure brand merchandising standards are consistently met using POSM and creative enhancements.
- Monitor competitor activities, including pricing and promotions, and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
- Recommend new outlets for promotions and secure incremental business support.
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of promotional activities within budget and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Manage receivables and collections to contribute to the company's bottom line.
- Monitor the financial status of assigned accounts and alert management of any concerns to minimize bad debts.
- Minimum 5-8 years of retail experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or a similar industry.
- Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing) or a Hotel Management Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Understanding of the luxury goods market.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, particularly within the FMCG or consumer goods sectors.
Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing) or Hotel Management Graduate.
