Moët Hennessy Area Sales Executive – Retail

- Manage all formats of the Retail Channel, including traditional, modern, and departmental stores.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Expand distribution points and enhance brand visibility within retail outlets.
- Establish Moët Hennessy as a leading brand among consumers and trade partners.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Record all meetings and notes on the sales application.
- Maintain high standards of service and develop relationships with trade customers.
- Implement brand-specific promotional activities in collaboration with trade marketing.
- Ensure brand merchandising standards are consistently met using POSM and creative enhancements.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
- Recommend new outlets for promotions and secure incremental business support.
- Conduct promotional activities within budget and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure receivables and collections are in line with company plans.
- Monitor financial status of accounts and alert management to potential issues.
- Minimum 5-8 years of retail experience in FMCG or similar industries.
- Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing) or a Hotel Management Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of the luxury goods market.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sectors.
Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing) or Hotel Management Graduate.
