1. Draft and analyze a broad range of commercial agreements, including agency, partnership, service contracts, rights assignments, and artistic collaborations, with a focus on contract law, intellectual property, and consumer law.
2. Validate various communications, such as press releases and product sheets, in compliance with French and international alcohol advertising regulations, including the Evin law, and consumer law.
3. Conduct research for pre-litigation cases, including jurisprudence and evidence collection.
4. Perform local law research, particularly in advertising.
5. Draft legal memoranda on related issues.
6. Conduct legal monitoring.
7. Assist legal professionals and marketing and communication departments in commercial practices, advertising, and communication.

1. Master's degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in business law, communication law, or intellectual property law (Master 2 or LLM).
2. Knowledge of alcohol advertising regulations is advantageous.
3. Good understanding of social media and digital platforms.
4. Previous experience in a company or law firm, particularly in an international context, is appreciated.
5. Proficiency in oral and written legal English.
