- Draft and analyze a broad range of commercial agreements, including agency, partnership, service contracts, rights assignments, and artistic collaborations, with a focus on contract law, intellectual property, and consumer law.
- Validate various communications, such as press releases and product sheets, in compliance with French and international alcohol advertising regulations, including the Evin law, and consumer law.
- Conduct research for pre-litigation cases, including jurisprudence and evidence collection.
- Perform local law research, particularly in advertising.
- Draft legal memoranda on related issues.
- Conduct legal monitoring.
- Assist legal professionals and marketing and communication departments in commercial practices, advertising, and communication.
- Master's degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in business law, communication law, or intellectual property law (Master 2 or LLM).
- Knowledge of alcohol advertising regulations is advantageous.
- Good understanding of social media and digital platforms.
- Previous experience in a company or law firm, particularly in an international context, is appreciated.
