- Define and implement purchasing strategies and rosters.
- Apply merchandising and agency knowledge, along with Advertising and Promotion (A&P) marketing skills, to products and projects.
- Benchmark the market and attend industry conferences and trainings.
- Design and manage a KPI dashboard to measure and enhance performance.
- Develop strong relationships with the Moët Hennessy and LVMH purchasing communities.
- Ensure compliance throughout the purchasing process.
- Launch RFQs, advocate strategies, analyze and benchmark results, and negotiate with suppliers/agencies.
- Manage schedules and goals with exceptional project management skills.
- Organize working sessions, business reviews, and supplier evaluations.
- Review and manage contracts and supplier/agency negotiations.
- Maintain a synthetic vision of the market category and industry trends.
- Evaluate suppliers and develop relationships with agency and supplier panels.
- Address quality or delay issues with agencies, suppliers, and brand contacts.
- Meet with key stakeholders to align on budgets, key projects, and brand objectives.
- Promote an environment of innovation, respect, and collaboration.
- Lead category-related Innovation Day activities and participate in transversal projects.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in purchasing functions.
- Experience in Australia or regional roles is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Diplomatic and client-oriented.

- Analytical skills and effective database management.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in purchasing functions, with regional experience preferred.
