- Support Sales in joint business planning within key National accounts.
- Lead the creation of Nationals’ tender presentations, collaborating with Sales and Brand teams.
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance consumer awareness and brand desirability.
- Optimize performance of collaborations to improve brand visibility in Nationals and RTM.
- Coordinate staff tastings and trainings with MHUK ambassadors and compliance agencies.
- Monitor and analyze competitor programs and investments within Nationals.
- Manage projects from inception to post-activation analysis.
- Identify opportunities to drive brand desirability and boost sales rates.
- Devise and execute activations within budget, timelines, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and marketing teams to maximize commercial agreements.
- Manage brand activations with agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Amplify activations through social media and PR efforts.
- Set objectives and KPIs, conducting ROI analysis for future improvements.
- Incorporate feedback and learnings from previous activations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
- Experience in brand activations and agency management.
- Understanding of Moët Hennessy UK brands and the luxury market.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
