1. Lead comprehensive Accounts Receivable operations for the designated market, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
2. Maintain and reconcile AR subledger accounts, proactively managing overdue receivables.
3. Implement credit control and collection strategies to mitigate credit risk and enhance cash flow.
4. Cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
5. Oversee service billing processes, including inter-company invoicing and reconciliations.
6. Monitor client balances and reduce aged receivables through consistent communication and follow-up.
7. Prepare and present monthly credit and collection reports to management.
8. Manage client onboarding, credit term setting, contract management, and ERP system maintenance for AR activities.
9. Ensure accurate and timely monthly account closing, resolving any discrepancies.
10. Enforce internal controls and AR policies in line with corporate governance.
11. Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.

1. Proficiency in Korean with native-level fluency preferred.
2. Proven experience in finance and accounting within complex, multicultural environments.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP B1, SAP HANA, Salesforce, and RPA preferred.
4. Involvement in system implementation or automation projects is desirable.
5. Expertise in Accounts Receivable management is essential.

3. Financial analysis and complex data management capabilities.

Minimum of 3 years in finance and accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable management.
