- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice receipt and payment for Off Trade clients such as large retailers and distributors.
- Record, verify, and reconcile accounting entries.
- Monitor payments and manage debtor accounts.
- Handle billing disputes and issues with clients and suppliers.
- Analyze monthly billing using the Cockpit tool.
- Serve as the primary accounting contact within the designated scope.
- Integrate and track Commercial Cooperation conditions in SAP.
- Ensure the reliability of FTT provisions.
- Analyze discrepancies, justify accounts, and correct anomalies.
- Develop monthly dashboards and optimize reporting using Power BI.
- Ensure consistency between billing and provisions in collaboration with commercial teams.
- Act as a reference for accounting and management tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Excel, and SAP.
- Participate in the automation of accounting tasks and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams for continuous tool optimization.
- Contribute to monthly closings, including account reconciliation, VAT, advances, intercompany transactions, and debtor balance justification.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Propose initiatives in projects related to accounting, finance, and tools.
- Advanced degree in accounting, management, or finance (Bac+2 to Bac+5 equivalent).
- Successful experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in client accounting, supplier accounting, or financial control, preferably in FMCG or retail environments.
- Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables), SAP, Power BI, Vistex, Nintex, and Qlik Sense.
- Meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, proactivity, and a collaborative spirit.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Advanced degree in accounting, management, or finance (Bac+2 to Bac+5 equivalent).
