- Manage accounts payable operations, including invoice verification, account reconciliation, payment processing, and handling supplier inquiries.
- Analyze data and processes within accounts payable to identify and implement optimization and automation opportunities, ensuring data quality.
- Generate reports and queries using SAP (MM/FI) and participate in SAP-related projects.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Support fleet management activities.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and processes, supported by a completed commercial training or a degree in finance/accounting.
- Advanced training in financial accounting is advantageous.
- Minimum of three years of experience in accounts payable and strong knowledge of accounting standards (HGB).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and at least good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO).
- Fluency in German and at least good proficiency in English; French is occasionally beneficial but not required.
- Independent and structured work approach with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical and data management skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose forward-thinking solutions.
- Interest in new tools and active participation in creating efficient accounts payable processes.
- Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, and high reliability.
A minimum of three years of professional experience in accounts payable is required, with a solid understanding of accounting standards (HGB).
Completed commercial training or a degree in finance/accounting.
