1. Prepare monthly departmental T&E reports for Department Heads.
2. Analyze departmental T&E monthly against budget/latest estimates and explain significant variances.
3. Propose and prepare journal entries for reclassifying or correcting T&E entries.
4. Maintain T&E-related KPIs for the Accounting Department Dashboard.
5. Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed.
6. Review and audit employees’ monthly expense reports for supporting documentation and policy compliance.
7. Ensure monthly expense reports reconcile with outstanding Amex balances and resolve discrepancies.
8. Issue monthly AMEX delinquency notifications to employees and Managers.
9. Resolve issues with submitted expense reports and ensure timely resubmission and approval.
10. Prepare monthly employee personal expense analysis and ensure timely reimbursement collection.
11. Issue monthly personal expense delinquency notifications per MHUSA policy.
12. Manage Concur T&E reporting system to ensure optimal operation and compliance with workflows.
13. Maintain Concur employee master data for timely updates.
14. Resolve T&E processing issues with Concur Help Desk.
15. Upload daily SAE files from Concur into SAP.
16. Train new employees on Concur usage.
17. Participate in training and implementation of Cognos BI for enhanced T&E reporting.
18. Continuously improve the Concur system, including developing enhanced reporting with Concur Intelligence.
19. Implement Concur upgrades and T&E-related software.
20. Manage Concur AI Verify for intelligent expense auditing.
21. Produce ad-hoc T&E reports for internal control and management review.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in Concur T&E reporting system.
3. Experience with SAP and Cognos BI is preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Experience in auditing and compliance.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
10. Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
11. Experience with expense report auditing and approval processes.
12. Ability to train and support employees on T&E systems and processes.
13. Experience in implementing and managing software upgrades and enhancements.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.

Competitive salary ranging from $67,000 to $84,000 annually.
