- Lead comprehensive Accounts Receivable operations for the designated market, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain and reconcile AR subledger accounts with precision, proactively managing overdue receivables.
- Implement effective credit control and collection strategies to mitigate credit risk and enhance cash flow.
- Cultivate robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align with business objectives.
- Oversee service billing processes, including inter-company invoicing and reconciliations, ensuring compliance.
- Monitor client balances, reducing aged receivables through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly credit and collection reports to management and stakeholders.
- Manage client onboarding, credit term settings, contract management, and ERP system maintenance for AR activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly account closing, addressing any discrepancies.
- Enforce stringent internal controls and AR policies in line with corporate governance.
- Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement projects, contributing to requirement gathering and testing.
- Proficiency in Korean, with native-level fluency preferred.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting within complex, multicultural environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP B1, SAP HANA, Salesforce, and RPA preferred.
- Involvement in system implementation or automation projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable management.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Commercial acumen and data-driven strategic planning abilities.
- Financial analysis and management of complex financial data.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Luxury Goods sectors.
