1. Lead comprehensive Accounts Receivable operations for the designated market, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
2. Maintain and reconcile AR subledger accounts with precision, proactively managing overdue receivables.
3. Implement effective credit control and collection strategies to mitigate credit risk and enhance cash flow.
4. Cultivate robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align with business objectives.
5. Oversee service billing processes, including inter-company invoicing and reconciliations, ensuring compliance.
6. Monitor client balances, reducing aged receivables through consistent communication and follow-up.
7. Prepare and present detailed monthly credit and collection reports to management and stakeholders.
8. Manage client onboarding, credit term settings, contract management, and ERP system maintenance for AR activities.
9. Ensure accurate and timely monthly account closing, addressing any discrepancies.
10. Enforce stringent internal controls and AR policies in line with corporate governance.
11. Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement projects, contributing to requirement gathering and testing.

1. Proficiency in Korean, with native-level fluency preferred.
2. Proven experience in finance and accounting within complex, multicultural environments.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP B1, SAP HANA, Salesforce, and RPA preferred.
4. Involvement in system implementation or automation projects is highly desirable.
5. Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable management.

3. Financial analysis and management of complex financial data.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Luxury Goods sectors.
