Moët Hennessy Account Sales Supervisor

- Implement and execute sales action plans to achieve sales volume and revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned outlets, providing market trend insights and client feedback to enhance consumer activation strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by expanding distribution of core and strategic brands.
- Maintain accurate sales databases and evaluate sell-in and sell-out results to ensure healthy business operations.
- Ensure maximum brand visibility and trade activation compliance at the outlet level.
- Collect and analyze consumer insights and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Execute consumer activations and collaborate with the customer marketing team to improve operational efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Management.
- 5-7 years of sales experience in multinational companies, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of large brand business within FMCG and/or luxury industries.
- Familiarity with local alcohol-related regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Proficient in English.
Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within multinational FMCG or luxury industries.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Management.
