- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and distribution targets across all channels.
- Enhance market share through strategic storytelling and sharing of market insights.
- Serve as an industry-recognized ambassador for Moët Hennessy brands.
- Support digital transformation initiatives with exceptional activations.
- Deliver commercial objectives by being a valued partner to customers.
- Ensure 100% distribution compliance and achieve territory growth targets.
- Engage fully with Salesforce and QLIK for tracking and reporting.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide updates in territory reports.
- Showcase brand heritage and craftsmanship through storytelling.
- Develop and execute activation programs across accounts.
- Maintain brand merchandising standards across all channels.
- Monitor financial status of customers and alert management of concerns.
- Participate in sales meetings to review market trends and share best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Full proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Numerical, analytical, and statistical proficiency.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven sales skills.
At least 3 years of sales experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company. Thorough knowledge of wine and spirit products and a good understanding of On/Off and eRetail channels.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
