Moët Hennessy Account Manager

- Achieve or exceed distribution and sales targets in both value and volume across designated areas in selective trade.
- Train trade partners and consumers on Moët Hennessy brands, representing the portfolio to market stakeholders.
- Implement and oversee promotional programs as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Ensure Moët Hennessy brands are listed according to guidelines and enhance brand visibility using display materials.
- Develop new distribution opportunities and expand the market reach of Moët Hennessy brands.
- Gather and report market and consumer intelligence to supervisors.
- Prepare and agree on monthly and quarterly sales and distribution targets with supervisors.
- Plan daily and weekly goals in alignment with objectives.
- Execute and oversee On- and Off-Premise promotional programs and events, including merchandising and promoter management.
- Identify and recommend new promotional opportunities and assist in implementing CPS events.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree level education.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Thorough understanding of the On Trade sector.
- Good knowledge of the wines and spirits industry.
- Proven account management experience.
- Strong sales development and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Drive for results and customer orientation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Effective team player with collaborative and innovative mindset.
Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the wines and spirits industries or luxury goods sector.
Master's or Bachelor's degree level education.
