- Implement brand and organizational objectives through a robust network with On-Premise accounts.
- Adapt and build on brand plans, generating innovative activations within brand guidelines.
- Manage, implement, and evaluate activities in target outlets.
- Prospect and recruit new clients and identify opportunities for new brand initiatives.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and manage renewals of key customer contracts.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow business and visibility within the channel.
- Create and implement customer-focused business plans.
- Demonstrate initiative in increasing brand and product knowledge.
- Develop a network of contacts and key influencers within the channel to maximize opportunities.
- Act as an ambassador for the portfolio, delivering training and educational consumer events.
- Manage sector and brand-related budgets/resources within agreed guidelines.
- Negotiate contracts with on-trade clients respecting profitability.
- Use sales reporting systems to monitor, analyze, and plan business performance against targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Champagne/Wines/Spirit industry.
- Strong understanding of the Australian On-Premise market, focusing on high-energy occasions.
- Experience in bartender engagement and advocacy.
- High level of commercial awareness and an instinct for exploiting profit opportunities.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to adjust messaging based on audience.
- Networking and influencing skills.
- Communication skills.
- Knowledge of liquor consumption trends in Australia.
- Ability to conduct brand training sessions.
- Proficiency in sales reporting systems such as Salesforce.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Champagne/Wines/Spirit industry, with a focus on the On-Premise market.
