- Drive volume and profit growth while enhancing brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned outlets.
- Achieve individual sales targets and objectives.
- Expand brand distribution by exploring new outlets.
- Manage purchasing orders and deliveries in collaboration with the Customer Service team.
- Provide quality service to major customers as assigned by the Manager.
- Maintain an accurate and updated Business Supporter database.
- Evaluate and propose changes to outlet coverage, call frequencies, and cycles.
- Propose and execute promotion plans and venues efficiently within budget.
- Ensure effective product promotion, display, and merchandising in each outlet.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and Customer Marketing to enhance promotion effectiveness.
- Enhance brand visibility through impactful merchandising and display.
- Monitor and update retail pricing and competitors' activities.
- Relevant sales experience in complex and multicultural business environments.
- Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of liquor consumption trends and consumer preferences in Korea.
- Fluency in Korean with local market experience is essential.
- Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking.
- Comfortable in bar drinking environments.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
