- Generate volume and profit growth while increasing brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurants.
- Achieve individual sales targets and objectives.
- Expand brand distribution network by exploring existing and new restaurant openings.
- Drive business development in the restaurant channel through contracts and brand activation.
- Manage purchasing orders and deliveries in collaboration with the Customer Service team.
- Provide quality service to major customers and maintain an updated Business Supporter database.
- Evaluate and propose changes to outlet coverage, call frequencies, and cycles.
- Propose and execute promotion plans within budget, ensuring effective product promotion and merchandising.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and Customer Marketing to enhance promotion effectiveness and operational efficiencies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring maximum display of core brands in restaurants.
- Monitor retail pricing, competitors' activities, and industry trends.
- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in complex, multicultural business environments.
- Experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods industries is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of large brand business and liquor consumption trends.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
- Effective communication and confidence in projecting subject knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to motivate teams and achieve consensus on objectives.
- Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and innovative.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in Korean with local market experience; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant sales role.
