- Drive volume and profit growth while enhancing brand visibility.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurants.
- Achieve individual sales targets and objectives.
- Expand brand distribution network through existing and new restaurant openings.
- Develop business in the restaurant channel via contracts and brand activation.
- Coordinate purchasing orders and deliveries with the Customer Service team.
- Provide quality service to major customers as assigned by the Manager.
- Maintain an accurate and updated Business Supporter database.
- Evaluate and propose changes to outlet coverage, call frequencies, and cycles.
- Propose and implement promotion plans within budget constraints.
- Ensure effective product promotion, display, and merchandising in each outlet.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers/Customer Marketing to improve promotional effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador in consultative selling to customers.
- Maximize brand facings and display in restaurants to enhance visibility.
- Monitor retail pricing and update systems accordingly.
- Track competitors' activities, including contracts and events.
- Stay informed on F&B and industry trends.
- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in complex, multicultural organizations.
- Experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods preferred.
- Strong understanding of large brand business dynamics.
- Fluency in Korean with local market experience essential.
- Good command of written and spoken English is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
- In-depth knowledge of liquor consumption trends and consumer preferences.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning abilities.
- Effective communicator with confidence in subject matter expertise.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and achieve team consensus.
- Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and innovative.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience is required.
