- Generate volume and profit growth while increasing brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurants.
- Achieve individual sales targets and objectives.
- Expand brand distribution network by exploring existing and new restaurant channels.
- Facilitate business development through contracts and brand activation.
- Manage purchasing orders and deliveries in collaboration with the Customer Service team.
- Provide quality service to major customers and maintain an updated Business Supporter database.
- Propose and execute promotion plans efficiently within budget.
- Ensure effective product promotion, display, and merchandising in each outlet.
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure maximum display of core brands at restaurants.
- Monitor retail pricing, competitors' activities, and industry trends.
- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in a complex, multicultural business environment.
- Experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods industries is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Korean with local market experience is essential.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to manage P&L and analyze financial data.
- Effective communication skills with confidence in subject knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and achieve team consensus.
- Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and innovative mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant sales role.
