- Ensure optimal distribution of iconic brands in assigned outlets.
- Engage with consumers to create a demand-driven environment.
- Enhance consumer experience at outlets.
- Focus on consumer groups and consumption trends.
- Manage product portfolio efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Identify potential outlets and negotiate promotional actions.
- Maximize brand presence through effective merchandising.
- Provide regular feedback and evaluation for management review.
- Review and recommend credit levels to minimize company risk.
- Achieve monthly and cumulative collection targets.
- Meet sales targets set by sales management.
- Provide timely and accurate information for system updates.
- Engage fully with Salesforce and QLIK for KPI tracking.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Promote brand heritage and values through storytelling.
- Showcase the craftsmanship of products and service rituals.
- Inspire excellence and build brand desirability through leadership.
- Experience in sales, account management, F&B, or related areas.
- Proven experience in on-trade sales, focusing on the Restaurants channel.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset.
- Ability in strategic planning and financial data analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Wine & Champagne knowledge or WSET qualification is a plus.
