- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key wholesalers in the FMCG sector, acting as the primary contact for business matters including negotiations and contract management.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within assigned wholesaler accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities, utilizing insights to enhance market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast sales volumes, set targets, and develop operational plans, monitoring performance and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Become an expert in the product portfolio, providing training and support to wholesaler partners to effectively promote and sell products.
- Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to optimize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards, presenting findings to senior management and providing actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management within the FMCG industry, preferably focused on wholesaler accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive settings.
- Exposure to the alcohol beverage industry is advantageous.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
Minimum of 3-5 years in sales/account management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on wholesaler accounts.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
