- Achieve individual and team annual sales targets.
- Establish and manage relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
- Develop new business to expand distribution of the company's core brands.
- Create Joint Business Plans and negotiate yearly trading terms with Key Accounts.
- Manage retail business performance in relation to agreed business objectives, brand priorities, and product/pricing strategies.
- Support channel strategy and implement on and offline activations to deliver strong brand communication and commercial objectives.
- Provide timely communication on market environment and competitor analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, and/or account management.
- Strong understanding of hotels, restaurants, and bars, including market dynamics, trends, and the competitor landscape.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute actionable plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, and/or account management, preferably in the hospitality, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
