- Serve as the primary contact for customer concerns and needs.
- Cultivate and enhance customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contract updates and renewals, and inform customers of their achievement status.
- Ensure optimal distribution of iconic brands in assigned outlets.
- Maximize brand presence through effective merchandising at the trade level.
- Identify potential outlets, negotiate, and implement promotional actions in line with agreed standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to sales management.
- Provide timely and accurate updates for Aspire.
- Engage fully with Salesforce and QLIK for tracking and reporting Aspire Adoption KPIs.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related fields.
- Experience in on-trade sales, focusing on night channels such as pubs, bars, KTVs, and gentlemen's clubs.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Effective and agile business development skills.
- Customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
- Thorough knowledge of wine and spirit products.
Minimum of 3 years in sales or account management, particularly within on-trade sales environments.
