1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and needs.
2. Build and strengthen customer relationships.
3. Maintain accurate customer records, track contract updates and renewals, and inform customers of their achievement status.
4. Ensure optimal distribution of iconic brands in assigned outlets.
5. Maximize brand presence through effective merchandising at the trade level.
6. Identify potential outlets, negotiate, and implement promotional actions in line with agreed standards.
7. Stay attuned to industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to sales management.
8. Provide timely and accurate information for updating Aspire.
9. Engage fully with Salesforce and QLIK for tracking and reporting Aspire Adoption KPIs.

1. Fluency in Mandarin and/or any Chinese dialects.
2. Thorough knowledge of wine and spirit products.
3. Understanding of Off Trade, specifically Chinese Independent Retails and Large Provision stores.
4. Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.

1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
3. Good understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
4. Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and innovative mindset.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
