Moët Hennessy Account Manager

- Deliver indirect and direct volume targets and ensure volume growth within the designated territory to meet regional budget objectives.
- Develop tailored proposals for new business opportunities and renegotiations, utilizing category and commercial insights.
- Focus on prospect planning aligned with brand objectives and opportunities.
- Create and implement joint business plans for key customers.
- Achieve distribution and 'by the glass' targets for the MH portfolio, including cocktail listings.
- Meet strategic KPIs related to education, digital engagement, and perfect serve.
- Plan and execute brand activations in collaboration with MHUK Brand teams.
- Develop and own the Key City strategy for the territory, ensuring the most influential accounts are aligned with MH.
- Coordinate winemaker, champagne, and spirits ambassador visits with appropriate guest lists and follow-up plans.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to contribute to the regional strategy, including territory analysis and key city planning.
- Ensure 85% forecasting accuracy for key lines and maintain 100% signed sales data authority forms.
- Conduct profitability analysis for all new and existing business opportunities.
- Implement new working methods for FTT and A&P where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer details on Salesforce and complete necessary surveys.
- Build and nurture relationships with regional market contacts and MH RTM account managers.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and leverage tools for personal learning and customer communication.
- WSET certification
- Valid full driving license
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the Wines and Spirits industry
- Knowledge of Champagne, Wine, and overall spirits
- Familiarity with Leeds/Yorkshire on-trade customers
- Commercially analytical and agile
