1. Ensure optimal distribution of iconic brands in assigned accounts.
2. Maximize brand presence through effective merchandising.
3. Develop consumer experiences via brand activation plans.
4. Identify potential accounts and negotiate promotions.
5. Achieve monthly and cumulative sales targets.
6. Maintain relationships with key customers.
7. Provide timely updates and reports using Aspire and Salesforce.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Engage in storytelling to enhance brand desirability.
10. Participate in sales meetings and contribute to organizational development.

1. Proven experience in sales or account management.
2. Experience with off-trade sales, particularly with Chinese Independent Retailers and Large Provision stores.
3. Fluency in Mandarin or any Chinese dialects.
4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
5. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

4. In-depth knowledge of wine and spirit products.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or related fields.
