Moët Hennessy Account Manager, Hotels

- Achieve individual sales targets and objectives.
- Expand brand distribution network by exploring existing and new hotel channels.
- Develop business in the hotel channel through contracts and brand activation.
- Manage purchasing orders and deliveries in collaboration with the Customer Service team.
- Provide quality service to major customer hotels as assigned by the Manager.
- Maintain an accurate and updated Business Supporter database.
- Evaluate outlet coverage, call frequencies, and cycles, proposing changes as necessary.
- Propose and execute promotion plans and venues within budget.
- Plan and ensure effective activations in hotels.
- Conduct product promotion, display, and merchandising in each outlet.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and Customer Marketing to improve promotions and operational efficiencies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for consultative selling to customers.
- Ensure maximum facings and display of core brands at hotels and restaurants.
- Understand and promote the F&B culture and lifestyle of MH brands.
- Enhance brand visibility through impactful and quality merchandising.
- Monitor retail pricing and update the system accordingly.
- Track competitors’ activities, including annual contracts and events.
- Stay informed on F&B and industry trends.
- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in complex, multicultural business environments.
- Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
- Effective communication skills and confidence in projecting subject knowledge.
- Organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and achieve consensus.
- Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and innovative mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Korean is required; fluency in English and other languages is advantageous.
