- Manage and develop indirect and direct on-premise accounts, focusing on multiple bar operators and cocktail bars in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
- Achieve profitable brand building objectives and sales targets for Moët Hennessy UK brands.
- Develop and implement joint business plans for top accounts and execute activation plans to meet set KPIs.
- Deliver indirect and direct volume targets and growth for the territory, ensuring regional volume budget is achieved.
- Create bespoke proposals for new business opportunities and renegotiations, leveraging category and commercial information.
- Plan and activate relevant brand activations in alignment with the North Senior Trade Marketing Manager.
- Develop and implement the Key City strategy for Glasgow, focusing on influential accounts.
- Ensure winemaker, champagne, and spirits ambassador visits are effectively planned and executed.
- Maintain and grow volumes on champagne within key city flagships.
- Develop regional bar channel plans to drive bartender engagement and spirit sales.
- Ensure accuracy in forecasting for key lines and manage finance effectively.
- Update and maintain customer details on Salesforce, ensuring all planning is actioned through the platform.
- Build and develop relationships with regional route to market contacts.
- Ensure all invoices are actioned monthly and leverage tools for personal learning and customer communication.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the wines and spirits industry.
- Knowledge of Scottish on-trade customers.
- Commercially analytical and agile.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Creativity and innovation.
Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, preferably within the wines and spirits industry.
WSET preferred; Full driving license required.
