Moët Hennessy Account Manager

- Implement brand and organizational objectives through a robust network with On Trade accounts.
- Adapt and build on brand plans, generating innovative activations within brand guidelines.
- Manage, implement, and evaluate tailored and generic activities in target outlets.
- Prospect and recruit new clients, identifying opportunities and recommending actions for new brand initiatives.
- Maintain existing customer universe and manage renewals of all key customer contracts.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Moët Hennessy UK's business and visibility within the Midlands region.
- Create and implement customer-focused business plans.
- Develop a network of contacts and key influencers within the channel to maximize opportunities.
- Act as an ambassador for the portfolio, delivering excellent training and educational consumer events.
- Manage sector and brand-related budgets/resources to optimum effect within agreed guidelines.
- Negotiate contracts with on-trade clients respecting the profitability of Moët Hennessy P&L.
- Use sales reporting systems to monitor, analyze, and plan business performance against targets.
- WSET Certification is a plus.
- Full UK Driving License is necessary.
- Thorough understanding of Midlands region On-Trade Accounts with a proven network.
- Good knowledge of the Wines and Spirits industry.
- Proven business development or account management experience.
- Reliable and adaptable to various environments.
- Strategic thinker with a customer focus.
- Luxury mindset with good knowledge of the lifestyle industry.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and energetic.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiating skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Minimum of 5 years in business development or account management, preferably within the Wines and Spirits industry.
