- Achieve commercial objectives and expand market share by meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized and creative interactions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating strong product knowledge and engaging storytelling.
- Conduct regular account management and visits to on-premise and off-premise customers.
- Drive distribution and listings of Moët Hennessy brands.
- Develop and execute brand-specific activities and promotions within accounts.
- Monitor and analyze competitor trends and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Manage credit and payment collections, ensuring databases are accurate and up-to-date.
- Thorough knowledge of wine and spirit products.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company.
- Understanding of On/Off and e-Retail channels.
- Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales skills.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Effective communication at all levels in a multinational environment.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company.
