- Drive commercial growth in key accounts across the multicultural universe
- Sell MH brands/products and select relevant activations/programs/tactics for each account
- Identify opportunities for bespoke programs, deeper brand education, and upsell
- Visit accounts to maintain relationships, monitor performance, and gather updates
- Act as a consultant on portfolio opportunities and growth via advice, education, programming, creative ideas, and analysis
- Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Maintain on-call communication to ensure expectations are met in customer relationships
- Work with distributor sales reps for pricing and fulfillment support
- Ensure account needs for programs and activations are met and executed within MH brand guidelines
- Build a key account plan through long-term account partnerships and ongoing programming
- Inform the channel lead or market lead of opportunities, risks, and competitive intelligence
- Participate in Market/Maison visitors, blitzes, and distributor education
- Collaborate with Channel Lead to translate channel strategy to accounts in-market
- Partner with Field Trade Marketing & Experiential Development to execute programs/experiences in accounts
- Partner with Distributor to manage order execution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong sales background
- Self-starter with a competitive attitude
- Extensive understanding of consumer expectations within the geography
- Ability to apply knowledge of key business issues to effective sales pitches and strategy-setting
- Experience analyzing ROI and budget management
- Effective influencing and partnering skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques

Minimum 5 years
USD 110,000 - 137,000 per year
