- Drive commercial growth in key accounts across multicultural sectors.
- Promote and sell Moët Hennessy brands, tailoring activations and programs to each account.
- Identify opportunities for bespoke programs and deeper brand education.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with accounts through regular visits and performance monitoring.
- Act as a consultant to accounts, providing advice, education, and creative ideas for portfolio growth.
- Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with distributor sales representatives for pricing and fulfillment support.
- Ensure program and activation needs are met within Moët Hennessy brand guidelines.
- Develop long-term account partnerships and ongoing programming.
- Inform channel or market leads of opportunities, risks, and competitive intelligence.
- Participate in market visits, blitzes, and distributor education initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-centric solution delivery.
- Robust sales background with a self-starter and competitive attitude.
- Extensive understanding of consumer expectations within the geography.
- Ability to apply business knowledge to effective sales strategies.
- Experience in ROI analysis and budget management.
- Effective influencing and partnering skills with strong sales technique knowledge.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work across all organizational levels.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in account management or sales within the luxury goods sector.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $137,000 annually.
