1. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the Modern On Trade channel.
2. Identify and open new accounts to expand distribution of core brands.
3. Manage assigned accounts to ensure optimal brand visibility and stock levels.
4. Provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with key customers.
5. Monitor retail pricing and competitor activities, proposing effective counter-strategies.
6. Recommend and execute sales promotions effectively and within budget.
7. Ensure effective product promotion, display, and merchandising with accurate reporting in ASPIRE.
8. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to enhance promotional effectiveness and manage customer accounts to minimize bad debt.

1. Genuine enthusiasm for wines and spirits or luxury brands.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury market.
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and build rapport with clients.
3. Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is highly preferable.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant sales or account management role, preferably within the luxury market.
