- Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including loading and unloading of trucks.
- Verify the compliance of shipments with delivery notes and reception schedules.

- Manage stock transfers according to assigned instructions and locations.

- Operate and oversee automatic storage equipment, ensuring timely service.

- Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for material handling.
- Alert planning teams in case of component shortages.
- Verify product code nomenclature and manage unused materials return to stock.
- Maintain and clean equipment and work environment regularly.
- Monitor the condition of goods and determine material needs based on daily planning.
- Receive manufacturing programs and scheduling information.
- Communicate preparation and loading instructions to the shipping department.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, wearing necessary PPE.
- Report any safety risks identified.
- Possession of CACES 3 certification.
- Proficiency in SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, and storage software.
- Ability to draft emails for internal clients.
- Capability to handle unforeseen circumstances.
- Methodical and organized approach to tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
