1. Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including loading and unloading of trucks.
2. Verify the compliance of shipments with delivery notes and reception schedules.
3. Maintain quality control and conformity of incoming and outgoing goods.
4. Transmit delivery notes and reception documents to relevant departments.
5. Manage stock transfers according to assigned instructions and locations.
6. Perform necessary data entries to validate physical stock movements.
7. Conduct periodic and continuous inventory checks.
8. Handle non-compliant lots by placing them in designated areas.
9. Perform labeling or repackaging operations as required.
10. Operate and oversee automatic storage equipment, ensuring timely service.
11. Coordinate with production planners to maintain manufacturing schedules.
12. Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for material handling.
13. Alert planning teams in case of component shortages.
14. Verify product code nomenclature and manage unused materials return to stock.
15. Maintain and clean equipment and work environment regularly.
16. Monitor the condition of goods and determine material needs based on daily planning.
17. Receive manufacturing programs and scheduling information.
18. Communicate preparation and loading instructions to the shipping department.
19. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, wearing necessary PPE.
20. Report any safety risks identified.

1. Possession of CACES 3 certification.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, and storage software.
2. Ability to draft emails for internal clients.
3. Capability to handle unforeseen circumstances.
4. Methodical and organized approach to tasks.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Ability to work autonomously.
