Moët Hennessy Warehouse Operator

- Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Verify the conformity of shipments against delivery notes and schedules.
- Maintain quality control of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Transmit delivery and receipt documents to relevant departments.
- Manage stock transfers according to assigned instructions and locations.
- Perform necessary data entries to validate physical stock movements.
- Conduct periodic and continuous inventory checks.
- Handle non-compliant batches by placing them in designated zones.
- Perform labeling or repackaging operations as needed.
- Operate and maintain automatic storage equipment, such as Kardex.
- Coordinate with production planners to ensure timely material availability.
- Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for material distribution.
- Alert planning team in case of component shortages.
- Verify product code nomenclature.
- Retrieve unused materials post-production and return them to stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and work environment.
- Regularly monitor the condition of goods.
- Determine material needs based on daily planning.
- Receive production schedules and information from the scheduling department.
- Communicate preparation and loading information to the shipping department.
- Adhere to safety regulations and environmental guidelines, wearing necessary PPE.
- Report any safety risks identified.
- CACES 3 certification required.
- Proficiency in SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, and storage software.
- Ability to draft emails for internal clients.
- Capability to handle unexpected situations.
- Methodical and organized approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Autonomous work style.
