1. Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks.
2. Verify the conformity of shipments against delivery notes and schedules.
3. Maintain quality control of incoming and outgoing goods.
4. Transmit delivery and receipt documents to relevant departments.
5. Manage stock transfers according to assigned instructions and locations.
6. Perform necessary data entries to validate physical stock movements.
7. Conduct periodic and continuous inventory checks.
8. Handle non-compliant batches by placing them in designated zones.
9. Perform labeling or repackaging operations as needed.
10. Operate and maintain automatic storage equipment, such as Kardex.
11. Coordinate with production planners to ensure timely material availability.
12. Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for material distribution.
13. Alert planning team in case of component shortages.
14. Verify product code nomenclature.
15. Retrieve unused materials post-production and return them to stock.
16. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and work environment.
17. Regularly monitor the condition of goods.
18. Determine material needs based on daily planning.
19. Receive production schedules and information from the scheduling department.
20. Communicate preparation and loading information to the shipping department.
21. Adhere to safety regulations and environmental guidelines, wearing necessary PPE.
22. Report any safety risks identified.

1. CACES 3 certification required.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, and storage software.
2. Ability to draft emails for internal clients.
