Visitor Services Coordinator

Moët & Chandon is a prestigious champagne house known for its luxury wines and rich heritage. Located in Epernay, France, it is part of the renowned Vins & Spiritueux business group.

1. Conduct public and private tours of the cellars and vineyards.
2. Promote and convey the high-end image of the brand.
3. Manage visitor reception and ticketing operations.
4. Deliver engaging and accessible presentations to diverse visitor groups.
5. Ensure visitor safety during tours and manage any operational issues with the tour train and elevators.
6. Coordinate the visitor flow to audiovisual presentations.
7. Handle phone and email inquiries.
8. Coordinate visit schedules with the back office.
9. Process payments and manage daily cash operations.
10. Handle administrative tasks such as billing and payment tracking.
11. Participate in enhancing the visitor experience and assist in boutique sales.
12. Provide safety instructions and ensure compliance.
13. Participate in wine tastings and provide commentary.
14. Stay informed about brand and company updates to personalize visitor experiences.

1. Bac + 2 / 3 in Tourism or equivalent, or a Guide Lecturer diploma.
2. Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.

Bac + 2 / 3 in Tourism or equivalent, or a Guide Lecturer diploma.

Work schedule includes weekends and holidays with two consecutive days off per week. Occasional travel required.
